Accelerated Resolution Therapy
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a fast, gentle, and evidence-based approach that offers a powerful, supported way to help resolve the emotional impact of distressing memories, negative beliefs, and stuck patterns, often in just a few sessions (usually 1-5 sessions on avg). ART is also a powerful medium that can assist in moving forward when intimacy, trust, or communication feels blocked in your relationships. It uses soothing eye movements and guided visualisation to shift how the brain stores emotional experiences, reducing their intensity without needing to talk through every detail.
