WHAT IS GESTALT THERAPY

Gestalt therapy is a person-centred, holistic framework that recognises the client as the expert of their own experience. Working in the here and now, Gestalt focuses on what is emerging for you as it happens in the therapeutic space and leaves room for you to make sense of your own experience. It draws on bringing awareness to the mind-body connection as well as a relational connection between therapist and client. This form of therapy is an open invitation to come as you are and aids in building self-awareness.
